To import demo content go to WordPress Dashboard -> Appearance -> aR: Import Demo ans select the demo you want to import.

Hi,

I finally installed a theme by uploading it into server and then install from : appearance->themes->install

I also installed all the plugins and choosed a dealer webiste.

However there is no single data here. The clear theme does not even look like the one you are advertising on themeforest.

Is there any way to import a DEMO theme with data, and then I can learn & modify & customize the theme according to my needs?
