How to change the description that is visible for Google on the website?

Please check the picture attached.

The phrase on the top means "Lost Password? Enter your email address and we'll send you a new password. If remembered password go back to login. Email Get New Password."

I think that this one shouldn't be visible as a main text that is indexed to google.

Generally that sucks in point of view of SEO position.
