I'm currently developing a website in Chile for a real state agency and I really liked the theme but kind of disappointing that it seems you don't have a spanish translation ready to download. I think that maybe you didn't need to have it. Well, as you can see, I have a very fluid english so I'm going to translate it with poEdit and I want to make it available for other users. Also I have some suggestions to make so you can improve the theme (if you want to read them though, hahaha). One thing that matters to me right now is that I cannot see where to customize the look of the top menu.
