I already have that plugin but it is not duplicating the property as it duplicate posts only ! but how to duplicate property

It does exactly what you need, duplicates posts with all the meta data.

I have building with many apartments that share same description, features, rent.. etc so can I make one and duplicate/copy rather that creating new property for each?

If not then please consider adding this important feature in your update
