Hi,

1.  For footer color add this to Customizer -> Additional CSS:

.casaroyal-page-footer-v2 {background-color: #000000/*your color*/;}

2. You can use Loco Translate plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/

I'm finding it very difficult on this site because it is very complex.

1-I can not change the background color of the footer.

2- I can not translate the website because the recommended plugin (Codestyling Localization) does not exist anymore.
