Can Sold-out be changed to Rented ?

Hi,

You can add multiple statuses. Go to Dashboard -> Properties -> Properties Status and there add Rented, In-Process, Taking Applications.

I am using the theme for rentals only.  Can sold-out be changed to Rented or can i make a list like :

sold-out ,  Rented, In-Process, Taking Applications, Etc ? To add to listing.
