Ok well I just tried it with wp mail smtp and it still doesn't work. They work the same so it wouldn't make sense one works without the other.

There is something else that isn't working correctly. Can you look into this more?

I tested and it is not working. I use for my website this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/ and it is working great.

Ok it's not sending to the dealer email then, not getting any notification or anything logged in sent emails from the site from this form.

Hi I have two questions regarding this form.

1. The form isn't sending when completed. What should I be looking at if this isn't working? Post SMTP is setup so I know emails can be sent from the site. It's not recording anything being sent either.

2. Does this form only send to the dealer email or does it send to the admin email for the site?
