This is not a bug. We made a research on the market and found that 12 is the maximum there can be for 90% of the cases.

To change it go to casaRoyal theme folder -> inc -> functions -> real-estate -> real-estate.php line 753, there you will have:

$numbers_array = array( 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 );

change it to:

$numbers_array = array( 1, 2, 3 );

Well I want to decrease the value of min beds and min baths as 0-3 Only.
There you provided 12 number in drop-down. I think it is a bug in your

You can change the fields in casaroyal-plugin -> widgets -> advance-search-widget.php file.

To change the "Find your place" text you can edit it in WP Dashboard -> Appearance -> Widgets -> Listing Sidebar -> and there edit the widget title.

Regarding the social links in footer. Go to Customizer -> casaRoyal: Settings -> Social and there you will have the social links input field.

When you upload a listing from back-end and you select for Agent Information: Author information. he email will be the author email, in case you select Agent Information, it will be the agent email, in case you select Agency Information, it will the agency email and if you select None, it will be website admin email.

Sometimes there are issues with the wordpress, it doesn't send the emails. To fix the issue you can use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/gmail-smtp/
