When I switch to the default theme (twentynineteen), FB chat is showing. Please reply. 

I used the same FB code on a different website and it works great.  I don't have any specific plugins installed, so FB chat must be hidden due to RoyalTickets settings.

Hi, 

Facebook Chat is not showing on the website. I used plugins from the WP directory to add it and used code provided by Facebook (tried in functions.php and header.php). Any ideas on how to make it work? The website is whitelisted, and I see a Facebook code in Inspector.
