The filter was built to have a title. You can modify it in casaroyal/inc/functions/real-estate/real-estate.php from line 593.

Hello, I would like to know how to put the "Buy" option in the searchform by default instead of the select status text. 

I know a bit of html and css and can manage to change any archive in the theme.
