Hey Cédric,

No, I don't have problems entering the dashboard with my account. You can create a new account and check and after delete the existing account.

Hi Alex

I always get front-end login possibilities on the website now as you can
see below, and with the Admin account, I seem to have no problems.

Do you have any problems entering the dashboard with your account?

Is it possible that the problem only occurs for my client's account
theo@twclassics.com . Could it be a solution to delete this account and
create a new account with his new e-mail address theo@walpotclassics.com ?

Hi Alex

I installed this one later than the problem occurred but I did deactivate
it right now.

We literally deactivated all plugins.

What are other things we could test?

Hey Cédric,

I'm trying my best to understand and fix the issue. This is something I didn't met before and it seams it is not related to my theme.

Can you or your user login in back-end: https://walpotclassics.com/wp-admin/ and go to dashboard and it seams to keep the user logged in. Otherwise if you reload the page or go to another page it doesn't work.

Hi Alex

My client is still experiencing this problem and it always occurs in after
the same process:

He can login on the account and go to the dealer dashboard. But when he
clicks “submit vehicle”, the site puts him offline. He tried on multiple
devices (iPad, other pc,...)

I can assure you by the way that every caching on server-side is off now. I
even contacted the hosting provider.

I paid for both the theme and customisations. I really hope we can solve
this so I don’t have to find another theme for this. My client is now not
able to submit vehicles in the past 2 weeks.

I don't know. I changed the theme in back-end but there was no change in front end. It seams the website is cached on server side.

But could you please explain what I have to check?

Every time my client tries to login the first time, it works. Then after a
while, the dashboard works again.

I really don't know what to do.

Check your server for any cache system.

Could you please describe more in detail what you expect me to do?

- Do you want me to change the theme to another theme? Won't this impact
the website of my client?
- There is no active cache plugin.

Hi Cédric,

There should be some kind of cache. I changed the theme on back-end but it didn't changed in front end.

Please, the final test, change the theme and check the front end to see the wordpress admin top bar.

I do not use Cloudfare.

Right now when I try to go to the Dealer Dashboard I just get an empty
page?

Hey Cédric,

Do you use cloudflare? I changed the theme, cleared cache, even deactivated the cache plugin but it kept showing me the autoRoyal theme. 

It may be because you use cloudflare or another cache system.

I deactivated all plugins except "Autoroyal" and "WP Bakery" because they
are necessary and were delivered with the team. I still can not find a way
to be able to login front-end. Could you please help us further?

Hey Cédric,

I verified your website and I can confirm it doesn't allow to login in front end. It may be a conflict from a plugin. Can you test by deactivating plugins one by one and test the front login.

We continuously get the alert that de "Dealer Dashboard" is not available, because we are not logged in. This although we actually are logged in.
