It sends emails but you are not getting theme because of the wordpress and/or server. To fix it use smtp: https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-send-email-in-wordpress-using-the-gmail-smtp-server/

its work good but its not sending email

Go to Dashboard -> Settings and make sure "Everyone can register" option is selected.

I'm sorry for late response but we are off on week-ends. Also, due to amount of work we have it can take up to 24 hours to respond on tickets.

Regarding your question. Please use the built in registration/login form to access the front dashboard for you as admin or client area (see attachments).
