I just added an event in back-end and it works without any issue (See attachments). Make sure you select category, location and venue from right.

No, I'm sorry cannot send you FTP access, I already have wp debug enabled. Also, I don't know what you guys have done to my website but it's no longer working. All I'm getting is 500 errors, did you try editing the theme / plugin directly from the dashboard?

Hi, i have recently purchased your theme, great work btw it looks fantastic. However, when i try to add a new event i keep getting  Fatal error: Uncaught Error: count(): Argument #1 ($var) must be of type Countable|array, string given in /var/www/html/wp-content/themes/royaltickets/functions/helper.php on line 1076.
