Actually we want to purchase your wordpress theme for event booking but we want to know that can vendor do customization for his tickets templates? like vendor can add their own cover image or background image something like that ?

Theme is unresponsive when trying to tweak and update site identity logos, i keep getting error messages when trying to upload 17KB sized images. I was able to upload the same images via ftp upload but to get it to show up in media libraries is an issue.
