How to change Date / Time format and language in the DatePicker / TimePicker on car search forms

Hi,

I want to change the Date and Time format and language to french (FR) in the datePicker / timePicker on the quick search forms and all the car search forms on my website. Is there any simple way to do that ? 

PS: I’m using the rental version of the theme.
