A few days passed by and I really can't get along with theme. It does not fulfill my needs, it has errors (user settings page is bugged, QR code is not generating, the settings are very limited and the documentation is pointless) and the support is not too fast. I am really disappointed with the choice I made and I really wish I have bought another theme (EM4U).

Can I, please, get a refund so I can buy another theme? EM4U is exactly the same price.

I really tried to work with RoyalTickets but it is not what I am looking for.

Please take my case in the consideration, it will make my days better because this is a business plan I wished for long time I could put in in application.
