Hi Fantasy Themes, thanks for the custom payment gateway integration.
But we notice that there are few issues with the integration, first, some duplicate tickets generated for certain customers with 1 payment only, and another issue, some payment is actually incomplete, but our invoice shows Paid. Need your help to rectify the problem.
Below is some feedback from gateway.
some of the invoices that are "paid/success" on your site is actually incomplete (ie user did not complete the payment cycle) or unsuccessful (could be no funds, wrong OTP etc)
I would suggest that your export invoice should also include our seller order for easier matching/reconciliation
i tested 1 purchase, but the payment unsuccessful due to fund insufficient in my bank account, but the ticket still created and invoice still show paid.
And for duplicated invoice & ticket i think still happened.
