you told me that I can remove the fields that I don't need on ( templates -> autoroyal-submit.php ) but I can't I did false on some things but it didn't disappear.. please help

The submit form is located in autoroyal plugin -> templates -> autoroyal-submit.php. Here you can remove the fields you do not need.
