page went white, ticket links to outside source (ticketmaster)

Hi Sam,

To investigate the issue I need to set wp_debug true in wp_config.php file (https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/debugging-in-wordpress/) and for that I need either FTP access or to add a new plugin “File Manager”. I cannot add new plugin.

It has been a week. Any progress on this issue? I might just be going for a refund on this product. it seems to be the the royaltickets plugin.

I sent the login and password info as a private reply. All the ticket links will just be a link to ticketmaster (https://www.ticketmaster.com/showurl)

Yes, I can assist to change the theme to sell ticket elsewhere. For that I need info on how you link to seller. Is there a link or a widget to integrate in RoyalTickets?

i entered in my upcoming events on my demo site (https://hut3st.harrisburgu.edu/hup/) and once I got done i did a view test and noticed the page went white. i did nothing besides add events. I was also interested with the tickets to just have them link to a ticketmaster link rather than handling the ticket sales through the site. I saw in the comments of the product it can be done. i have attached screenshots of both. let me know what i can do.
