make sure

1. you have a non-corrupted zip

2. you have set permissions on the folders correctly ( i had to do this manually)

3. update the plugins installed (other than slider which you have to pay for to get latest)

Hi,

I just checked and It’s a critical error. You need to turn wp_debug to true to see what causes the issue. You can do it via FTP in wp_debug.php file. I can do it for you but I need FTP access.

It is payable via PayPal and I need WordPress admin access.
